All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, and Switch. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

Accepting
orders and security |
We will send you an e-mail confirmation when we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline your order.
All customer personal details are stored securely and payment details are encrypted. For more details of the steps we take to offer our customers security can be found under 'Security Issues' accessible from the Customer Service Menu.

Age
Requirements |
If you order a product where a minimum age
requirement is indicated, by ordering you confirm that you are
of the required age.

Delivery |
Most deliveries made by courier must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. Please see our Delivery Section for more information on cost and services.
Normal working days are Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received by 4pm are usually despatched the same day. Orders received from 4pm on Friday through to Sunday will usually be despatched on the following normal working day.
We perform an annual stock take (lasting 1-2 days) in late December / early January. We will give advanced
warning and full notification of the stock take on the website.

Cancellations
and returns |
You may return your purchase (where we have accepted your order and delivered the product) if you notify us within the 14 working days following the day the product was delivered.
If there is a fault with your product you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

CONTACTING US FIRST. We will send you full returns
instructions (including an authorisation code) and refund
details.
Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise otherwise. In instances where we agree to pay the postage charge, the product(s) must be returned via the method / operator we request you to use.
To cancel your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the original box, packing and
accessories. Pre-recorded CDs, and software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you cannot provide proof of purchase;
- the seal has been broken on any product;
- the product is returned in a condition or packaging
other than that detailed above
